The list of 2016 Elected Director Board candidates with photos and bios is available to view via the CCMA website, HERE. If you wish to receive the list of 2016 Elected Director Board candidates via direct mail in a hard copy format, please contact Gilles Lavigne in the CCMA office at 416-947-1331 ext. 216.

Voting for 2016 Elected Director Candidates
All eligible members of the CCMA, as of September 7, 2016, who attend the AGM in London must present their photo I.D. in order to vote. If you expect to be assigned a proxy by another member(s), please arrive no later than 9:00 a.m. ET on the day of the meeting to pick up your ballot(s).

Proxies
If it is not your intention to be present at the AGM, you have the opportunity to assign your vote to an eligible voting CCMA Member who will be in attendance on September 10. Members must advise the CCMA electronically of their proxy assignment by visiting THIS LINK. Please note: you will be prompted for your CCMA Membership number; also, the policy does not allow any one member or company to hold more than 5% of the membership proxy assignments. In order for all proxies to be properly assigned, up to three (3) eligible voting member names for your proxy assignment will be requested. The CCMA will validate each proxy assignment.

Proxy assignment must be completed online no later than 5:00 p.m. ET on Friday, August 26, 2016.

Should you encounter any problems online, please contact Gilles Lavigne at 416-947-1331 ext. 216 or by email at glavigne@ccma.org. You will be asked to provide your CCMA Membership number. Proxies may NOT be assigned to any full-time employee of the CCMA.

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the members of the Canadian Country Music Association® (CCMA®) will be held at the London Convention Centre in Salon B and B1 in London, ON on Saturday, September 10, 2016, commencing promptly at the hour of 9:30 a.m. ET for the purpose of receiving the annual report of the CCMA for the fiscal period ending December 31, 2015; for the election of the Directors of the CCMA in accordance with its by-laws; for the appointment of the auditor(s) of the CCMA for the ensuing year and for such further or other business as may be brought before the meeting. Registration will begin at 9:00 a.m. ET.
