Tickets for Canadian country music’s biggest night, the CCMA Awards Show, will be available just in time for the holiday season. The Canadian Country Music Association® (CCMA®) takes the 2017 CCMA Awards Show to Saskatoon, Saskatchewan this fall. Tickets for the nationally broadcast production, to be staged at SaskTel Centre on Sunday, September 10, go on sale next Friday, December 9, at 10:00 a.m. CT.
Tickets will be available at all Ticketmaster outlets, online at Ticketmaster.ca or by phone at 306-938-7800 or 1-800-970-7328. Individual tickets prices will range from $42.00 - $120.00 (including GST, plus service charges). Tickets are for all ages, reserved seating. The CCMA will also be piloting a V.I.P. ticket package – details to be revealed soon.
“We’re thrilled to be back in Saskatoon,” said Don Green, President of the CCMA. “The city was an amazing host of PotashCorp Country Music Week and the CCMA Awards Show back in 2012; and we look forward to raising the bar for the incredible country music fans in the city and surrounding areas when we return this fall.”
“When Saskatoon last hosted the CCMA Awards Show in 2012, we were the first city to execute the John Deere Green Carpet, the first city to have over 10,000 fans in seats for the CCMA Awards Show and the first city to put awards show tickets on sale in December,” said Dawn Woroniuk, Chair of the 2017 Saskatoon Host Committee. “We look forward to building upon these successes and delivering an incredible PotashCorp Country Music Week and CCMA Awards Show – one for the Saskatoon record books.”
Performers and presenters for the 2017 CCMA Awards Show will be announced throughout the summer.
