Additional 2016 CCMA Awards Show Tickets Released to Public

(Toronto, ON) July 18, 2016 – The Canadian Country Music Association® (CCMA®) is releasing additional tickets to the public for the 2016 CCMA Awards Show – Canadian country music’s biggest night – being held on Sunday, September 11, 2016 at Budweiser Gardens in London, Ontario. With production and staging now finalized for this nationally broadcast production, a new block of tickets will go on sale at 12:00 p.m. ET today for country music fans to purchase.

“The support that country music fans in and around London have shown the CCMA already is simply amazing,” said Don Green, President of the Canadian Country Music Association. “We knew as we pieced together the production assets of the 2016 CCMA Awards Show that we had to do everything we could to optimize seating for the fans, and make this event accessible to as many ticketholders as we can. I think everyone attending the 2016 CCMA Awards Show will be happy with the intimate and engaging stage set-up we’ve created.”

Tickets can be purchased online at budweisergardens.com, by calling 1-866-455-2849, or by visiting the Budweiser Gardens Box Office (99 Dundas Street, London, ON). Prices are $79.50 and $99.50 including HST (facility fees and service charges extra). Tickets are for all ages, reserved seating. Obstructed view seats are also available at a ticket price of $69.50 each.

The excitement in London is palpable, and so is the sense of pride that’s radiating from the city as we gear up to host this national event,” said Chris Campbell, Chair of the 2016 London Host Committee. “We’ve certainly proven ourselves as a community passionate about country music. I encourage everyone to purchase their tickets to the CCMA Awards Show and other Country Music Week events early, to ensure you’re part of history in the making in London.”

Ticket buyers will be prompted for a promotional code before making their purchase, as a means of deterring electronic ticket buyers. The promotional code is: LONDON
