CCMA Pilots New CCMA Awards Nominations Rollout

Join the excitement and be part of the action as the Canadian Country Music Association (CCMA) unveils the 2014 CCMA Award nominees in a whole new way on July 16!

This year, the CCMA will pilot a special CCMA Awards nomination rollout.

At 6:00am EST on July 16, country radio stations across the country will receive a listing of 30 CCMA award categories and the final nominees for each. This is a way for the CCMA to tip its hat to the long-time support of our Canadian country radio partners. Let your local station know you’re excited to hear the announcement, and stay tuned-in! CBC stations and CCMA members will also receive this list at 6:00am EST.

Following that, nomination announcements will be made in Edmonton, Toronto and Halifax on morning television, with the help of select past CCMA Award winners.

By 9:00am EST, a full list of the 2014 CCMA Award nominees will be available right here, on the CCMA website.

The CCMA Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts will be sharing live updates, as will the CCMA website, so keep checking back for all the latest news.
