The CCMA Legends Show: A Tribute to Yesterday & Today
WHAT:
CCMA Legends Show
Not to be missed is the CCMA Legends Show: A Tribute to Yesterday & Today; as this once-in-a-lifetime event pays tribute to Canadian country hits of the past and present by pairing some of Canada’s most cherished country artists, including Canadian Country Music Hall of Fame inductees, with rising and current hit-makers in the industry.
The star-studded 2016 CCMA Legends Show, taking place at London’s Centennial Hall, will feature such cherished artists as Canadian Country Music Hall of Fame inductees Donna and LeRoy Anderson, Johnny Burke and from London herself, Marie Bottrell. Hot off the heels of an album release and Canadian tour, George Canyon will also perform on the show. Michelle Wright, whose storied career boasts a total of 25 Top Ten radio hits in Canada alone, as well as an induction into the Canadian Country Music Hall of Fame, will grace the stage. CCMA Award winners, Small Town Pistols, will perform – and Amanda and Tyler will welcome their dad, Steve, to join them for a special collaboration as The Wilkinsons. The acclaimed and CCMA-nominated group, The Western Swing Authority, will also perform.
