Cliff Dumas

BIOGRAPHY:

Cliff Dumas has been in Country radio and television for over 25 years. 

Originally from Toronto, Cliff Dumas spent most of his career hosting mornings in Ontario, first at CHAM in Hamilton (winner in Canada of a rare CMA Award for radio), and then as a key member of the team that launched Toronto’s first country FM station, CISS FM.

Along the way, Cliff has earned more broadcast awards than anyone in Canada, including being named “Country Radio Personality of the Year” from the CCMA. Radio and Records and the Big Country Awards.  He is also the only Canadian Broadcaster to ever win both a CMA and an ACM Award for “Radio Personality of The Year” in the U.S.

Cliff Dumas has written and co-produced close to 30 network television shows including 18 CCMA Awards and specials for Anne Murray, Tommy Hunter, Paul Brandt, Leahy and Terri Clark. He was the voice of the CCMA for 18 years and CMT Canada for 15 years.

Cliff is currently the V.P of Operations for Megacast, a full service multimedia agency. He is also part of the creative team behind the new social music site designed to support emerging artists called Claim2Fame.
